Ways of Investing

by | Dec 29, 2017 | Basics, Finance

Investing can be made as complicated as possible. This works fine fot the financial advisors. But in fact, it never works for the investor. Keep it simple.

Main avenues of investing are:

  • Bank Savings Account
  • Bank Fixed Deposits.
  • Small saving schemes of the Post Office – NSC, PPF, MIP, etc.
  • Shares
  • Debentures and bonds issued by companies or the government.
  • Real estate

There are many more, but most of them will take up a lot of your time and it is much more difficult to understand the risks involved.

It is important to study and know how investing in each of these will affect the future financial situation. There are limitations and risks involved with all of these and it is necessary to understand the risks involved as clearly as possible.
